CAREER Connection is the Kansas Bar Association's portal for attorneys, paralegals/legal assistants, paralegal students and law students seeking employment, as well as employers seeking qualified candidates. CAREER Connection is a KBA member benefit available to members and employers at a reasonable rate. Employers need not be KBA members but must create a user account.
Job Seekers
KBA members looking for employment can post a resume and manage who sees it. Edits may be made at any time. Resumes will be online for 60 days but may be extended. You can also search all open positions and narrow your search by job type, employer, category and location. You can also view all open positions.
Employers
Employers can post open positions here. Edits may be made at any time. Job postings will be online for 60 days but may be extended. Employers can also search posted resumes from KBA members.
Pricing
- The member job posting fee is $199 for 60 days per post.
- The non-member job posting fee is $299 for 60 days per post.
Posting a Job
- Log in to your KBA account or create a new account here.
- Once logged in, the system will prompt you to enter the required information.
- When finished, click “SAVE" to proceed to payment.
- Once your payment is processed, your post will be live.
- You can edit the posting at any time. Go to the CAREER Connection home page, click on “My Jobs” in the horizontal list of tabs, find the post you want to edit, and make your changes.
- Job postings will remain online for 60 days, but can be extended.
- Once the position is filled, please remember to come back to this page and remove the listing.
