Accessing your on-demand programs
If you purchased an on-demand program, you can access the course through the event page after registering. Alternatively, you can view the programs HERE. Then follow the steps below:
- Log in using your KBA username and password.
- Click "My Online Learning" — you should see your course in either the "New and Upcoming Programs" or "In-Progress" tabs.
- Make sure you complete all the required steps. For more information, view our FAQ page.
